Baseboards
Baseboards are installed at the bottom of the interior walls, where the wall meets the floor. They serve to protect the wall from damage caused by furniture, vacuum cleaners, and foot traffic, while also providing a transition between the wall and the floor, covering any gaps or imperfections. Baseboards are essential to cover expansion gaps, which are required for every hardwood, vinyl, or laminate flooring.
