The Powernailer® Model 200 mallet activated tongue and groove flooring nailer has been designed to handle the specific needs of installing tongue and groove engineered flooring.  This nailer can handle 5/16" to 9/16" tongue and groove engineered flooring using easy-to-change adapter plates and shims.  This model uses Powernail's new E-Powercleats®, available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" sizes.  E-Powercleats® have been designed to hold engineered flooring securely while reducing the risk of damaging the flooring's delicate tongue.

MODEL 250  T&G - FOR ENGINEERED FLOORING

The Powernailer® Model 250 manual tongue and groove flooring nailer has been designed to handle the specific needs of installing tongue and groove engineered flooring.  This nailer can handle 5/16" to 9/16" tongue and groove engineered flooring using easy-to-change adapter plates and shims.  This nailer was desiged to accommodate Powernail's new E-Powercleats®, available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" sizes.  E-Powercleats® have been designed to hold engineered flooring securely while reducing the risk of damaging the flooring's delicate tongue.  The model 250 introduces Powernail's new "multi-grip" handle, which provides numerous hand positions making the nailer easier to use.

MODEL 45  T&G
FOR HARDWOOD FLOORING

The Powernailer® Model 45 tongue and groove flooring nailer has been the standard of the commercial flooring industry for over fifty years.  The model 45 offers a durable design with a proven record of being able to stand up to the rigors of daily use.  The model 45 is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface.  One mallet blow drives Powercleat® nails into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth.  The model 45 uses 1-1/2", 1-3/4", and 2" Powercleat® nails and can be used to nail 1/2", 3/4", and 33/32" tongue and groove hardwood flooring through the use of easy-to-change adapter plates.

MODEL 45R  T&G - MANUAL RATCHETING NAILER

The Powernailer® Model 45R multi-blow T&G flooring nailer is a ratcheting version of the popular model 45 single blow T&G nailer.  Because of its ratcheting mechanism, the model 45R is easier to use than the standard model 45, requiring less effort to drive the nail.  Like the model 45 it is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface.  One or more mallet blows drives Powercleat® nails into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth.  The model 45 uses 1-1/2", 1-3/4", and 2" Powercleat® nails and can be used to nail 1/2", 3/4", and 33/32" tongue and groove hardwood flooring through the use of easy-to-change adapter plates.

The Powernailer® Model 101 SN surface nailer  is used instead of hand nailing when starting boards are next to a wall.  The model 101 SN can be used with 1/2", 3/4" and 33-32" flooring using 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" nails.306

RATCHETING SURFACE NAILER 

The Powernailer® Model 101R SN ratcheting surface nailer  is used instead of hand nailing when starting boards are next to a wall.  The model 101R SN can be used with 1/2", 3/4" and 33-32" flooring using 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" nails.  This is the same as the standard 101 SN only in a mulit-blow ratcheting version.

HARDBOARD UNDERLAYMENT SURFACE NAILER

The Powernailer® Model 35U SN is used to nail hardboard underlayment using Powernail's exclusive 1"U Powercleat® nails.  Using the model 35U and the 1" U Powercleats® will eliminate surface dimpling and nail popping.  This combination has been engineered specifically for hardboard underlayment applications, no other machine compares with the operating efficiency of the model 35U SN for hardboard underlayment.

The Powernailer® Model 50C SN surface nailer  is used instead of hand nailing when starting boards are next to a wall.  The model 50C SN can be used with 3/8" and 1/2" flooring using 1-1/4" nails; or 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8" plywood.

Similar to the model 45, the model 50C uses 1-1/4" Powercleat® nails to nail 1/2" and 3/8" tongue and groove flooring.  The model 50C is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface.  One mallet blow drives Powercleats® into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth.  This nailer allows you to reduce your nailing time to an absolute minimum with its 100 nail holding capacity, one blow operation and no jamming mechanism.
