Garrison warrants all its bamboo plank in
its original manufactured state, to be free from defects. Bamboo is a
natural product, containing natural variation in color, tone, and grain No
guarantees, are made against natural variation in each plank, nor minor
differences between sample and color of the floor, once the floor has been
installed. The installer is responsible for inspecting each plank for
color, finish, size and other quality issues before installation. Should
there be any defects before manufacturer will replace the defective
planks.
Our factory separates light from dark to

installed. Moisture teat the bamboo flooring, making sure it is 6 to 8%
maximum, prior to installation. Check the sub-floors moisture content, to
continue with installation the results must not be higher than 12% on a
wood substrate and 4% on concrete. With nail down installation a 15 lb.
Felt paper barrier is highly recommended. For commercial use the glue down
method of installation is recommended. Any claims must be submitted to the
dealer your flooring was originally purchased from, No claims will be
settled unless inspected by an independent senior certified flooring
inspector.
